Federal Aviation Administration - Information Technology Support

SKGS provides Information Technology (IT) services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in the state of Washington and associated offices of the Northwest Mountain Region.  The award was a direct result of our expertise in the oversight and maintenance of computer hardware, web site development, Cold Fusion programming, and help desk support.  Our efforts are in support of all FAA resources in the region.

Services Include:

• IT Infrastructure Support - our personnel service the underlying communications elements, communications servers, cable plants, LAN connections, file/print services, servers, and desktop/laptop systems of FAA operations.
  
  
• Help Desk Support - complete services in hardware diagnosis and repair, software configuration and maintenance, virus protection, and additional customer support.

United States Army - Directorate of Public Works

SKGS provides information technology, engineering, and telecommunications support for the United States Army Directorate of Public Works.  Our efforts are in support of the Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT), Environmental Division, Housing Division, and the Range Control Office.  Locations include Fort Richardson, Fort Wainwright, and Fort Greely, Alaska.  We also supply administrative services and additional business analysis for the Directorate.
