Test and Evaluation Management Support Level 3

Individual will provide support to WR-ALC/GRMI or Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH on a whole range of office activities including, but not limited to, collecting data and preparing presentations, suspenses, studies, analyses, metrics, Program Management Reviews, Program Support Plans, strategic and tactical plans, progress reports, metrics status reports, CCB activities, digitization efforts, acquisition/sustainment activities, organizing and participating in reviews, workshops, configuration conferences, meetings, and video teleconferences (VTCs).

Additionally, the Test and Evaluation specialist will support and participate in all F-15 CCB activities including, but not be limited to, facilitating the meeting, preparing and distributing CCB agenda(s), directive(s), minute(s), etc. the successful candidate will analyze F-15 requirements and functional processes and recommend updated operating instructions for configuration management of the F-15 weapon system and assist in Conversion processing. He/she will support and maintain management system software/data, as required, to provide configuration control support for the entire weapon system and/or for specific programs/projects. Education and/or Experience: MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline required. Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in DoD systems acquisition including eight (8) years program office experience (Government or industry). Eight (8) years of defense acquisition test management experience is required and may be concurrent with the program office experience with at least six (6) months of this experience attained within the last five (5) years. Credit can be granted towards the 15 year requirement for experience in flight test organization.

Supply Support Level 2

Individual will provide support including maintenance and management of program and USAF-unique systems' documentation and software applications, planning and implementation of supply support and repair requirements, and distribution of program assets supporting squadron weapon systems' requirements. The successful candidate will also develop milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, and staff coordination and decision documentation memorandums and draft inputs to programmatic documentation including reports, plans, letters and manuals.

The supply specialist will assist in the development of long-term depot level repair strategies by analyzing existing data and technical material including end item failure data, component failure data, repair turnaround times, component interchangeability, component and consumable obsolescence studies, and life cycle and out-year system support cost projections. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage the Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) process including suspensing and tracking the MICAPs for closure and POCs actions. Education and/or Experience: A BS and/or MS in Engineering, Business, Logistics or related scientific/technical discipline OR, with no degree, at least six (6) years of experience in acquisition and/or sustainment of military systems.

These tasks may be direct or indirect in support of the program office management operations and/or individual or multiple programs or projects supporting United States, FMS, and/or weapon system users.

The successful candidate will support multi-function team meetings and interfaces with WR-ALC/GRMI customers in support of assigned projects, identify potential project impacts, assist in the formulation of alternative problem solutions/strategies, and assist with the identification, assessment and tracking of action items arising from these meetings. These duties involve preparing draft correspondence, analyses, and reports, as necessary, to support the Conversion effort, assisting in editing and issuing documents in final form and attending team meetings, field surveys, and WR-ALC/GRMI meetings with customers. In addition, the successful candidate will provide technical and logistics plan inputs, maintain various databases (which include, but are not limited to: action item tracking, system reliability, and asset tracking) and prepare studies/reports for various programs and projects. Education and/or Experience: A BS and/or MS in Engineering, Business, Logistics or related scientific/technical discipline required. On a case-by-case basis, extensive experience closely related to the qualifications may be substituted for the degree requirements. Must have a minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in acquisition and/or sustainment of military systems. Acquisition Professional with Level 2 Program Management and/or Logistics DoD DAWIA or industry equivalent desired.

Individual will provide administrative support to WR-ALC/GRMI including, but not limited to, routine office duties such as filing and telephone communications; preparing for and conducting meetings and reviews; performing operations and maintenance; duplicating documents, as necessary, both in digital and hard format; managing supply requisitions and access control; preparing and reviewing technical documentation, operational reports, and operational data; performing post award contract/order administrative functions; following security regulations; maintaining schedules as required. Also, the Administrative Support candidate will be required to maintain Government/Contractor pay roll systems.

Additionally, the successful candidate will monitor, develop, update, and maintain various program office information systems, requirements analysis, specifications, design, suspense, documentation, Defense Message System, and other information systems development. The Administrative Support specialist shall accomplish data gathering and data entry, plus perform analysis with extracted data for program office information systems. He/she will also prepare summaries and reports detailing these data systems information upon the request of users needing the information. Education and/or Experience: Military/ DoD knowledge and experience desired: One (1) year service as the primary administrative assistant to an O-5 or higher military officer (or equivalent civil service). Minimum of ten (10) years of general administrative support in a business related industry.

This requires the successful candidate to act as a functional expert in defense system acquisition, life cycle logistics and acquisition program management, working effectively both independently and a part of a collaborative team.

Additionally, the Acquisition Analyst will develop, establish, and implement (after U.S. Government approval) contractual, financial, and technical aspects of assigned projects/programs through designated phases of the acquisition cycle. He/she will assist WR-ALC/GRMI Program Managers in the development of major acquisition documents such as Life Cycle Management Plan and Acquisition Strategy Plan charts. Education and/or Experience: A BS and/or MS in Engineering, Business or related scientific/technical discipline and eight (8) years of progressive experience in acquisition of military systems OR, a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in acquisition of military systems.
